Swimming Sleep Party

Aunt Norah invited us all over to her community pool to go swimming. It was fun and exhausting for the kids. Kayla got sunscreen in her eyes so you can see her crying in this photo.

David took to the water like a fish.

Aubry had fun climbing on the water covered steps. She did a good job.

Addison was so cute. Here she is just after getting out of the pool. Even though her lips were turning blue, she still wanted to swim. Her mom suggested they lay in the sun to get warm.

Little did we know that puts kids right to sleep. So forget the car ride, just go swimming for a half hour and lay out in the sun and your child will be out for the afternoon.

Still sleeping.

They even moved her and she is still asleep.

Here is someone else who fell asleep after swimming.

Besides sleeping, we had root beer, ice cream sandwiches and popsicles. It was a very fun afternoon. Thank you Aunt Norah.

Teresa's Home Coming

At the beginning of February, Teresa came from serving a mission in the Albuquerque, New Mexico mission. Her family was excitedly waiting to see her.

Eric Green in the Utah, Daily Herald

This is a little late, but Eric Green sent me a link to an article featuring his photo in the Daily Herald on January 29, 2008. Congratulations Eric. To see the whole article, copy and past the whole link in the web browser. It is pretty neat. Check it out.

Baby Blessing

Spencer and Heather blessed their baby, Benjamin Hunter Rosenbaum, Saturday January 10, 2009. Spencer flew in from New York so they could bless Hunter at the church building in Gilbert. A special applause goes to Heather who juiced oranges for two hours. The food and the event turned out wonderful.

Glen Var announced that Hunter is the oldest son, of Spencer. Spencer is the oldest son of Glen's boys and Grandpa Rosenbaum is the oldest son of his family. So Hunter is the 4th generation of oldest sons.

Heather and Spencer

This is Addison; Spencer and Heather's oldest daughter. I felt lucky she didn't cry when I took this picture because, I was told, she cried for every other photo that was taken the day before at Heather's sister's wedding.

This is David; Nathan and Rainy's son.
